I've been wanting to make one of these FOREVER! I finally chummed my mom out of one of her pieces of sheet metal that she bought a couple of weeks ago and made one. I LOVE the way it turned out and it was so simple to make. (Definitely my kind of craft - fast and easy!)

One of the cutest things I've ever made - seriously!
I have never crocheted a dress before and I decided to give it a try for my little niece Jaylee's 1st Birthday present. It looks nothing like the pattern I was trying to follow - here's the link. I of course had to put my own little spin on it. It turned out so much cuter than I imagined and I can't wait to see the little cutie wearing it.
So cute!

Inital plaque
I made this for my SIL's birthday yesterday. It turned out so cute and she loved it! Just a little sidenote - as I got out of the car to take it in to her, my husband was like "Do you really think she is actually going to hang that up?!" I was quite offended and so when I handed it to her I told her what he had said. Her reply "Heck yes I'm going to hang it up. I love it!" I mean who wouldn't hang this up?

Care Package
Seek Codes
MySpace Graphics
I have a good friend who is having a hard time lately. We live far away from eachother so I wanted to send her a little care package to let her know that I was thinking of her. I forgot to take a pic of all the cute items boxed up so you will just have to visualize it.
I put in a note that said something like: Since we are so far apart, I'm sending you:
Love - valentine love stickers
Comfort - a pair of soft slippers
Laughter - a whoppee cushion
Fun - a stuffed pink flamingo
Hugs - a bag of Hershey's hugs
Relief - a package of rolaids
Protection - a tube of chapstick
Sweet Thoughts - a package of swedish fish
Relaxation - a bottle of bubble bath.
I hope she has recieved it by now - I don't want to ruin the surprise for her.

Teacher's Valentine
I made the little heart shaped box and filled it with hugs and kisses; Benjamin colored and cut out the valentine on the front.

Some gifts from some talented gals.
I had a birthday yesterday and recieved two awesome handcrafted gifts. The first came from my friend from high school - Kinsey. She sent me this sweet little flower pendant. I L-O-V-E IT! You can check out her crafting blog here.
My SIL Lelsie sent me this cute little frame. You can change the XOXO out for something different for each month. I'm already planning next months word. So cute and creative!
Thanks for the presents you crafty chicks!

All boxed up
All my crafting supplies are in boxes, waiting to be unpacked. I'm seriously going through some sort of crafting withdrawal. As soon as I get the rest of our house together - I will focus on unpacking the 20 or so boxes of just craft stuff. Aaron has mentioned (numerous times) how he didn't realize I had THAT much crafting stuff. But you know what they say - you can never have TOO many craft supplies! Well, at least I say that.
