I bought this crafting kit a couple of years ago and this was one of the projects included. I still have to add some little pics of our family and then hang it up on the wall. It turned out pretty cute and will make a great statement in my craft room!

Container Revamp!
My husband gave me some frog tape containers from a side job he did. I decided to make them cuter and I know use them for papercraft supplies. I also took another container that I had lying around the house (it actually held our little dogs' treats) and made it cuter. It now holds my sponge brushes.
this one contains brads
this one contains eyelets
this one contains paper flowers
paintbrush storage!
I love finding new uses for things and I couldn't be happier with how cute they turned out!

Craftaholics Gift Exchange
I signed up to do the handmade gift exchange over at craftaholics anonymous. I sent my gift out a week and a half ago. Here is what I sent:
I couldn't decide on just one item so I sent 3. My recipient got a mini composition book, a word album, and a heart pendant. I hope she liked all the great things I sent her.

June's Craft
This month for Ladies Craft Night Out, we made serving trays. They look simple enough to make but they are a lot harder than they look. (Especially for someone who has a lack of patience!) I'm not really thrilled with the way mine turned out but . . . . .
I made 3 there that night, but I ripped one apart when I got home. It was all bubbly and not very nice looking. Did I mention my lack of patience?

Flag
I decided I wanted to make a flag for our front door. This is what I came up with:
I went to my local hardware store (AKA my parents house) and my dad had all the things I needed just lying around their garage. He cut everything out for me (and my mom) and then we went to work painting and glittering it up. It turned out EXACTLY how I was envisioning it. (Don't you love when that happens?!)
