Mini Notebook

I made some of these a while ago and forgot to make myself one for my purse.  I pulled out the stuff and this is what I came up with.  The perfect little notebook for lists or whatever.

My mom kept hinting to me that she needed a new apron.  So, I took some fabric from her house and whipped this up.  She LOVES it!!

I broke my pinky today so I'm unable to craft for a while.  It's amazing how much you actually use your pinky.  Anyway, I have a couple posts set to automatically post but I won't be doing anything new for a little bit.

Teacher Appreciation Gift

This is the little gift I made for Benjamin to give his preschool teacher.  He was so excited to give it to her and even more excited when she told him that she was going to give the little fish to her soon to come baby.

(I downloaded the saying from here!)

Things to do board

I got this idea from eighteen25.  It was so simple to make - I think it took me about 5 minutes.  I love have a place to write all my things I need to get done down.  I also love the spot to check off the "to do" item when I have it done.

My SIL Tonia (who has a super cute craft blog HERE) asked me to make something to donate for a Relay for Life Auction.  I decided to make these:
I hope they fetch a fair penny for the auction.

I opened a shop!

Hey everyone - just in case you didn't notice on my sidebar - I have opened an etsy shop.  I only have a few things in there right now but I'm working on more items to list.  Keep checking back!

Dress Revised!

Remember this post a week ago?  Well, I walked by this dress hanging on the door for a couple of days and everytime I looked at it I knew I needed to spruce it up.  I added a couple felt watermelon slices and made 2 more watermelon slices for barrettes.  I think it just makes the dress that much SWEETER!

May's Craft

This is what we made for May's Ladies Craft Night Out -
It's a picture holder made out of 2 x 4s, ribbon, scrapbook paper, and clips.  Isn't it cute?!  I haven't put any pics on mine yet but they are soon to be placed.

More Paper Windmills

I've been on a windmill making kick lately.  Seriously, they are so easy and fun to make.

I made these for my mom

These I made for a friend of ours who recently had surgery.

Watermelon Slice

After I sent a pic of the little blue pillowcase dress I made for my niece to my SIL, she asked if I was willing to make her another one that fit in with her birthday party theme.  The theme is Watermelon slices and the colors are pink and green.  I was surprised that I had all the materials on hand - I don't have a whole lot of girly supplies lying around.  This is what I came up with and it is SO adorable.  I can't wait to see Kaia sporting it.

May's Word

You can't think of May and not think of MOM!  Since it's only a 3 letter word - I added a daisy to the first space and then replaced the "o" with a heart.  I love making these things every month.

A pillowcase dress. . . . .

that's not really made out of a pillowcase!
I've been wanting to try making one of these for a while.  I don't have any girls of my own so this is for my sweet little niece Kaia who is turning 2 next month.  I think it turned out so adorable and I've already started making another one to go with it.

The cute little dress

A hair barrette that I made to go with it.

A birthday gift

First of all, if your name is Michelle and you are my SIL, quit reading this post!

I made this for my SIL Birthday that is coming up this week.  She loves to cook and always makes us yummy things to eat.  I hope she will get a lot of use out of this cute little number.
