My first refurbishing project!

I saw this tutorial the other day on how to transform a plain shirt into this sweet ruffly flowered shirt.  I could'nt resist.  (I can't find the tutorial now but I will keep looking and post the link)  It seriously took less than an hour.

Ghost

I know this little guy kind of blends in but this was the only way I could take a full length pic.  My mom bought one of these at a craft fair and instead of buying my own - I just copied hers.  This was my first experience with tea-dying fabric and it turned out pretty good.

Halloween Windmills

I love making these little paper windmills for the different seasons and holidays.  They aren't difficult to make and they add a little something to the decor.

Vinyl Tile Art

Here is another thing I have seen EVERYWHERE!  I had a burnt orange tile (although you can't tell that from the picture) so I made a Halloween word tile.  I think it turned out great.

A friendly sort of spider!

Here is another pattern I made up.  I LOVE how this cute little spider turned out.  He is very simple to make and I have a couple of them around the house.  The boys love them.

A not so scary witch

I wanted a witch to decorate for Halloween with.  Since I was no where near any type of store that sold a witch - I made my own.  The pattern and design came completely from my own mind.  I used what I had on hand and I have to admit - she turned out exactly the way I was envisioning her.  I have yet to put a mouth on her.  I've made several attempts but nothing has looked right yet.  Here she is:

Fabric pumpkins!

I have seen these little babies EVERYWHERE!  I finally decided to make some.  I think it took me 10 minutes to make the 4 of them.  This is a very simple, fast craft!

Halloween Crafts

First off - I've been trying to publish this post for about a week but due to technical difficulties I have been unable to.  Finally, the stupid computer is working right so here goes.

I pulled out my Halloween decorations and found I didn't have all that many.  So, I did what any good crafter would do - I made some.  Here are 5 of my recent projects:

Crocheted Ear-Flap Hats on display

A friend of mine made a little earflap hat for Kaden so I could look at it and make some myself.  I've been wanting to make them for the kids for a while but have never found a pattern that I liked.  I made three hats all with the same colors but I varied the strip patterns.  Brace yourself - you are about to see the CUTEST little boys EVER!!
The TALKER!

The TOUGH-GUY!
